In the first phase, you will use Medifast portion-controlled meal replacements to lose 2-5 lbs/week for the first two weeks and 1-2 lbs/week thereafter, without surgery or medications. As your Health Coach, I am a FREE RESOURCE that will guide you through the program and provide on-going, personal coaching. I will help you acquire the knowledge, skills and support necessary to realize health while keeping the focus on your long-term goals and dreams.
Once you achieve your desired weight loss, you will transition into the Maintenance Plan, which will allow you to put your healthy habits to work in support of lasting weight maintenance. Healthy choices, such as building exercise into your day or eating breakfast, add up to make a significant impact on your overall success. Throughout this process, I will serve as your mentor and friend.
